What is the shipping Cost?
Our shipping cost is on an order by order basis. After your order is complete, the check out process will generate a total.
What places do Lisa Mashia ship?
We ship nation-wide and international.
ALL ORDERS MAY TAKE FROM 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS BEFORE THEY ARE SHIPPED. PROCESSING DOES NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS. DUE TO HOLIDAYS WE ARE EXPECTING A LONGER DELIVERY TIME
Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order? A tracking order number will be provided.
Special order items are made-to-order and final sale. Once placed, special order items cannot be canceled. For special order items contact email@example.com and a representative will contact you within 24hrs.
How do I return an item?
Merchandise must be returned within 5 days after you have received the items.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any Lisa Mashia hang tags, attached.
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" and "Sale" cannot be returned.bodysuits cannot be returned.
- There is a $5.95 Processing Fee for returns and exchanges.
- All refunds will be made via the payment method of original purchase.
- CUSTOM MADE ITEMS THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CREDITS.
ON YOUR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
PLEASE INCLUDE A NOTE IN THE PACKAGE WITH YOUR FULL NAME, AND THE REASON WHY YOUR ARE EXCHANGING OR RETURNING
EXCHANGES WILL TAKE UP TO 15 BUSINESS DAYS TO COMPLETE (YOU CAN PAY A RUSH FEE OF $50)
If you are exchanging an item for a different size, you are responsible for shipping both ways (back to us and returning back to you)
